2025 Capital Request

Responding to the many requests for growth and expansion of our services and facilities and inspired by a generous member of the Jules Kessler Foundation, we embarked on an ambitious matching dollar for dollar fundraising campaign.

Gratefully, the larger Eugene/Springfield community came together to help us match and surpass that goal, with the funds and in kind donations that we needed to move the project significantly forward, paying rent, construction and equipment costs. We’ve come a long way building community together !

But we’re not quite there yet !

Please download and read about where we’re headed and, hopefully, you can help us to complete our River Road Community Center Project ! If you are unable to download and reprint this document and would like a hard copy sent to you, or if you have any questions that would be helpful to ask as you consider making a tax deductible donation to our expansion, please reach out to me at 541.337.1323 or by email at: jim.evangelista@realitykitchen.org. Thank you !
