From Classroom to Career
From Classroom to Career
Each year, a significant number of students age out of the special education programs of their school districts. However, many lack the focused skills that prepare them to transition successfully to the workplace.
At 21, as opportunities for independence emerge, these students could benefit from programs that prepare them for career paths suited to their unique needs.
Building confidence, one skill at a time
Supported Employment
With an additional year or two of personalized professional support, these young adults can focus on skill development and build confidence in their enhanced abilities.
Through our program, Supported Staff learn skills that help them achieve their goals, gain personal fulfillment, grow self-confidence, and attain economic independence.
