Our Mission

Reality Kitchen Nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We offer job skills training activities designed to help young adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities be successful at their goals, gain self-confidence, and achieve personal independence.

To accomplish our Mission, we own and operate several retail establishments where we pay a competitive wage and offer employment path experiences and support delivered in a community-based, integrated workplace setting.
