Our “General Store” will carry our own baked goods including breads, buns, hoagies, pretzels, cookies, sweet treats, pies and other goodies. There will be premade sandwiches and soups and other items that we will be making and offering for customers to grab and go. Having a basic and changing bulk item section would certainly be part of our plan. We have glass door reach in refrigerator and freezer cases, as well, for locally sourced meats and dairy items.
Our goal is to offer a diverse range of locally (Lane County) produced and packaged food and beverage items, as well as necessities and other featured items of interest to the local neighborhood and drop in customers who appreciate our products and support our Mission. Because the Corner Market, which sells produce, is just up the road from us, we will not be carrying any sort of persishables like that,
