Cole is on his way to another adventure as he moves into a group home in California ! He’s a past graduate from our Program and has made the choice to strike out on his own next adventure. Tessa is here to cheer him on and wish him good luck as he stopped by Reality Kitchen to say “Bye!” to his friends here. Happy Trails, Cole!
